NON REFUNDABLE

Tube cane, processed cane, reed cleaners, and finished reeds.

GUARANTEED

Our finished reeds are guaranteed for any kinds of structural deficiencies. If defective, the reed should be exchanged within fourteen days from the invoice date.

SAME CONDITION

Please, return items in the same condition they were received.
Knives: WILL NOT ACCEPT IF KNIFE HAS BEEN SHARPENED, SCRATCHED, OR USED. PLEASE, DO NOT SCRAPE ANY REEDS if item's will be returned. Reeds that have been clipped/scraped/re-adjusted will not be exchanged.

ALL WHOLESALE

Purchases are final, and if any wholesale item is broken, it will be replaced if reported damaged within seven days of receipt.

ALL OTHER

Items will be refunded if received within fouteen days from the invoice date.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE

Must arrive in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original store receipt.
ALL CUSTOMERS MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING WHEN RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ANY ITEM(S).

REFUND

Once the return has been accepted, you will be refunded for the cost of the item minus the actual shipping and handling cost of the original package.

SHIPPING FEES

The customer is responsible for the shipping fees when returning a product.
